Bluescreen!!

I do the full install, and can run the game start and opening videos fine. I create a char, but as soon as it get to running the gameplay, i get a few seconds of the screen with the altar.... and then BLUESCREEN!!!
I have a Pentium 4 1400, Gforce3 and 512 Megs of Ram... so it cant be my system....

HELP?????

I took the game back to the shop and asked for a refund (which was the most joy i have had all day) and just knowing that my money is NOT going to the developers, and rather can be spent on a better game. I also learnt that i was not the first person to take it back... there were several before me all with different froblems....
Perhaps the developers may find it usefull to do some BETA TESTING on computers other than their own before speedialy releasing the game for christmas!!!
