Can't boot NPCs.

Been stuck for two days now. I need to boot someone to let Grimwall the dwarf in, but the boot button mysteriously doesn't work anymore. I've dropped NPCs before, but nothing happens when I press the button (I still get the tooltip, but no action).

I can't advance in the game at all. Is this a bug?

Hello!

Well, you can't remove Lirina from the party (for some very good reason), and Roszondas of course. :)

Any other character should be removeable at any time. If you still have this problem, let me know.

I can't boot anybody. Not Kendal or Mafestus or Dadaskar. Lirina has already left the party, and I'm trying to make room for Grimwall to join. Pointing on the boot button gives me a tooltip but nothing else.

Channer, I right clicked the char portrait and selected "Dismiss Char"

This seemed to work for me. I don't know if I'll ever find Kendal again after this though.
I relieved him of all his money and goodies first.
